BLI earned a +215% (as of 6/26/07) return on investment through real estate and other business ventures while maintaining a 16% average annual return on its stock portfolio. According to NAIC, maintaining a minimum average annual return of 15% per year on a stock portfolio will double the invested dollars in five years.

A full service realty brokerage focused on providing local insight and exemplary customer service in northeastern Massachusetts. In May 2007 BLI launched BLC Real Estate Connecticut with members that provide all the same insight and service as the Massachusetts office but with a focus on Connecticut.
