Structure & Strategy:

BLC is a collaboration of like-minded, passionate, Gray-Collar professionals. Our collective ambition is to create wealth, not wait for it. Sociologists believe that 70% of people born within a certain societal class will remain in that class, along with their generations following, until there is a member of the family lineage who will do the extraordinary and break the chain. The members of Boston Legacy Companies, Inc desire to be the 30% who break the chain; each with a goal of becoming independently wealthy.

BLC developed a strategy we call Low Cap Private Equity investing. Put simply, we invest in privately held companies whose market valuation is relatively low. Our notion of Low Cap Private Equity creates opportunity for investors caught in the void between low returns and multi-million dollar deals.

Through our vast network of contacts, BLC finds those companies in "growth mode" thatﾠpresent the greatest opportunity for significant returns. BLC targets companies that are looking for an investment of $50,000 to $200,000. The companies we consider for funding are subjected to our unique, proprietary screening and evaluation process. Since 2004 our investments returned over 200%.

Low Cap Private Equity will be the "new real estate". Although many investors have found significant success in real estate, reports show that the real estate investment category has become saturated. This saturation has driven the returns down and reduced the amount of opportunities. Many investors are now turning to private equity to realize greater returns.
